Its head is integrally cast from 75mm thickened cast aluminum, fitted with a 9KW HQD automatic tool change spindle, 4×5 drill bank and 360° servo rotary bevel saw blade. Equipped with a 12–16-position linear ATC, it completes cutting, drilling and beveling in one setup. It adopts Taiwan Syntec control system, full set of Leadshine 1500W servo motors & drives and dual export-grade Fuling inverters. The transmission system consists of XYZ-axis HIWIN 30mm silent linear guides, Z-axis TBI 3210 ground ball screws and XY-axis YYC hardened helical rack & pinion, paired with Japan Shimpo precision reducers for precise, low-noise and stable operation. The 8mm thick welded frame undergoes annealing, sandblasting and five-axis gantry milling, delivering robust rigidity with a total machine weight of 3000KG. It comes with heavy-duty pneumatic dual press rollers, 4+3 encircling positioning cylinders, vacuum feeding plus automatic pusher. A 111 KW water-circulating vacuum pump matches the multi-zone double-layer worktable with optional vacuum/clamp dual-use design. Featured with auto timed lubrication, auto tool setting and one-touch startup, the machine uses CHINT electric parts and Huadeli pneumatic components, with 3-year warranty for shielded flexible cables and multi-layer safety alarm protection.
